Chapter Philanthropy and Service

Zeta Gamma is proud of our philanthropic endeavors. Our philanthropy, Breast Cancer Education and Awareness, is held closely to our hearts, and our efforts will not stop until pink is just another color. Not only do our sisters volunteer their personal time throughout the semester to various volunteer projects, but as a chapter we dedicate our time and efforts to raise philanthropy awareness around campus!

Some of the various philanthropic events we hold include:

PINK OUT WEEK

Our annual week-long event dedicated to our philanthropy! The Zeta Gamma chapter has teamed up with local business to raise money for the fight against Breast Cancer. Some of our weekly events include Queso for a cure, #WearPinkWednesday, Pink out yoga, and other events. Every dollar donated raised during these events went to the ZTA Foundation, which supports the local and national fight against Breast Cancer.

PANERATHON

Our chapter teams up with Panera to volunteer at this 5k race for breast cancer. All money raised is donated to the Joanie Abdu Comprehensive Breast Care Center right here in Youngstown!
